Aix\u00f2 resulta summament contra intu\u00eftiu quan es tracta de mirar de front all\u00f2 que succeeix, tant en el nostre m\u00f3n interior com en el m\u00f3n que ens envolta i que no ens agrada o ens resulta desagradable. Normalment <span>acostumem<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span>evitar-ho, amagar-ho o fugir d'aix\u00f2 provocant, sense adonar-nos, que all\u00f2 que no ens agrada s'intensifiqui i creixi.<\/p>\n<p>En canvi, mindfulness proposa estar amb l'experi\u00e8ncia, sigui com sigui aquesta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s cert que la vida ens porta situacions que no triem, com a p\u00e8rdues o malalties.<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness ens ensenya que sempre disposem de la llibertat de triar com viure amb all\u00f2 que no podem canviar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sense afegir judicis.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_5  et_pb_text_align_center et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Quan afegim judicis de valor o etiquetes a all\u00f2 que succeeix, veiem l'experi\u00e8ncia a trav\u00e9s d'un filtre que no ens deixa veure-la com realment \u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00abNo veiem les coses com s\u00f3n, veiem les coses com som\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>El Talmud<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_6  et_pb_text_align_justified et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Mindfulness ens converteix en un gran observador, en un testimoni d'all\u00f2 que esdev\u00e9. Cultiva en nosaltres la capacitat d'estar presents observant amb curiositat el que succeeix sense voler canviar-ho immediatament i sense afegir els nostres judicis de valor o etiquetes. Es tracta de veure l'experi\u00e8ncia tal com \u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L'acceptaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un pilar b\u00e0sic de mindfulness. No ens donem l'espai necessari per a ser tal com som, amb totes les nostres llums i les nostres ombres.<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness ens ajuda a ser conscients que la condici\u00f3 humana tanca moments meravellosos i tamb\u00e9 moments de dolor, que l'\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 \u00e9s fal\u00b7lible i que moltes vegades ens equivoquem. Per tant, no hem de veure-ho com una t\u00e8cnica que apliquem durant unes quantes setmanes i despr\u00e9s oblidem per sempre, sin\u00f3 com un profund canvi en la manera en qu\u00e8 afrontem les situacions que la vida ens planteja.<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness ens convida a estar m\u00e9s presents en el nostre dia a dia i a ser conscients de les nostres sensacions, emocions i pensaments. Ens ajuda a con\u00e8ixer-nos millor, a adonar-nos de com responem o moltes vegades reaccionem de manera autom\u00e0tica a les coses que ens succeeixen.<\/p>\n<p>En realitat, la major part del temps estem absents, enganxats a la incessant rumiaci\u00f3 de la ment i al seu interminable flux de pensaments que ens porten sempre fora del present.
