Per qu\u00e8? Qu\u00e8 marca la difer\u00e8ncia? Per qu\u00e8 en determinats casos \u00e9s tan important la pr\u00e0ctica d'exercici? T'ho expliquem tot seguit.<\/p>\n<p>Tots nosaltres en l'\u00faltima cosa que pensem quan patim <a href=\"https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/tot-sobre-el-dolor\/\">dolor<\/a> \u00e9s en fer esport. En aquesta situaci\u00f3 sovint les tasques di\u00e0ries queden redu\u00efdes a aquelles ineludibles i de responsabilitat, i amb el transcurs del temps, tamb\u00e9 abandonem la pr\u00e0ctica d'exercici f\u00edsic i part de la nostra activitat social i d'oci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quan la causa del dolor \u00e9s el dany corporal o lesi\u00f3<\/strong>, el metge ens recomana fer <strong>rep\u00f2s<\/strong> fins a baixar la inflamaci\u00f3 o fins a restablir-se el dany. <strong>A aquest tipus de dolor l'anomenem agut<\/strong> per diferenciar-ho del cr\u00f2nic. El dolor agut <strong>\u00e9s un mecanisme de protecci\u00f3 que alerta<\/strong> al nostre cervell de l'exist\u00e8ncia d'<strong>un dany o lesi\u00f3.<\/strong> \u00c9s un dolor de curt termini, la seva intensitat va en concordan\u00e7a amb la gravetat del dany i aquest tipus de dolor respon positivament als analg\u00e8sics.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_image et_pb_image_0\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Canva-Man-Wearing-Polo-Shirt-Holding-Left-Chest-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Canva-Man-Wearing-Polo-Shirt-Holding-Left-Chest-2048x1365.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Canva-Man-Wearing-Polo-Shirt-Holding-Left-Chest-1280x854.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Canva-Man-Wearing-Polo-Shirt-Holding-Left-Chest-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Canva-Man-Wearing-Polo-Shirt-Holding-Left-Chest-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, (min-width: 1281px) 1920px, 100vw\" class=\"wp-image-11730\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_1  et_pb_text_align_justified et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Ara b\u00e9, el <a href=\"https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/9392-2\/\">dolor cr\u00f2nic<\/a> \u00e9s un altre m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lloc, \"cr\u00f2nic\" no significa que el dolor perduri tota la vida, sin\u00f3 que <strong>la seva durada supera els 6 mesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Com a segona q\u00fcesti\u00f3, si el <strong>dolor agut<\/strong> es considera un <strong>s\u00edmptoma<\/strong>, el <strong>dolor cr\u00f2nic<\/strong> \u00e9s en si mateix una <strong>malaltia<\/strong>, que requereix estudi, atenci\u00f3 i tractament diferencial. \u00c9s una afecci\u00f3 que per la seva durada i altres factors que influeixen en el dolor, porta conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies a l'\u00e0mbit personal, familiar, laboral, social i econ\u00f2mic de la persona deteriorant la seva qualitat de vida i el seu benestar psicol\u00f2gic i emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Per entendre la import\u00e0ncia i l'abast de la malaltia podem indicar que el dolor cr\u00f2nic <strong>afecta el 20% de la poblaci\u00f3 adulta a Espanya<\/strong> (6 milions, segons la Societat Espanyola del Dolor) i a m\u00e9s, \u00e9s la<strong> principal causa d'absentisme laboral<\/strong> i la <strong>segona causa de les consultes que s'atenen a l'Atenci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 es tradueix en una important c\u00e0rrega econ\u00f2mica pel pa\u00eds i afecta especialment a \u00e0rees com la sanitat, la Seguretat Social o l'empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Per \u00faltim, en alguns casos, el dolor cr\u00f2nic no s'identifica amb cap inflamaci\u00f3, dany corporal o proc\u00e9s degeneratiu, sin\u00f3 amb una <strong>anomalia en el sistema nervi\u00f3s<\/strong> (sensibilitzaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules nervioses), conegut com a <strong>Sensibilitzaci\u00f3 Central<\/strong>. En aquest cas, la persona sent <strong>dolor a est\u00edmuls que habitualment no ho s\u00f3n<\/strong> com una car\u00edcia, canvis de pressi\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica, canvis t\u00e8rmics, etc. <strong>o respon de forma desmesurada a est\u00edmuls dolorosos<\/strong>. Com a exemples podem citar la fibromi\u00e0lgia, la fatiga cr\u00f2nica, colon irritable, sensibilitat electromagn\u00e8tica, sensibilitat qu\u00edmica m\u00faltiple, cefalea, etc. Per tant, la intensitat del dolor en aquestes malalties no correspon amb la gravetat de cap dany (donat que no existeix cap), la qual cosa explicaria la baixa o nul\u00b7la resposta dels analg\u00e8sics en aquests tipus de dolor.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_image et_pb_image_1\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"419\" src=\"https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/mal-esquena-Amuntfibro.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/mal-esquena-Amuntfibro.jpg 640w, https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/mal-esquena-Amuntfibro-480x314.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 640px, 100vw\" class=\"wp-image-11733\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_2  et_pb_text_align_justified et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>La ra\u00f3 per la qual es recomana la pr\u00e0ctica d'exercici en afeccions com la <strong>fibromi\u00e0lgia<\/strong> \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 no existeix lesi\u00f3, inflamaci\u00f3 o dany que ho desaconselli i perqu\u00e8 <strong>la inactivitat o el sedentarisme perjudica la salut i agreuja els s\u00edmptomes de la malaltia<\/strong>. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que, per contradictori que resulti, tot i el dolor i la fatiga que pateixen les persones amb fibromi\u00e0lgia, aquestes s'han de mantenir el m\u00e9s actiu que els sigui possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L'exercici f\u00edsic moderat<\/strong> et permet <strong>mantenir i recuperar la capacitat funcional<\/strong> - mobilitat (for\u00e7a, flexibilitat, tonificaci\u00f3 de muscles i articulacions)- <strong>moderar la intensitat de dolor<\/strong> i, en definitiva, millorar la teva qualitat de vida.<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Altres beneficis:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Evitar l'atr\u00f2fia o debilitat muscular.<\/li>\n<li>Millora l'estat d'\u00e0nim i la sensaci\u00f3 de benestar.<\/li>\n<li>Disminueix la fatiga.<\/li>\n<li>Millora les funcions de l'aparell digestiu.<\/li>\n<li>Augmenta la capacitat cognitiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_image et_pb_image_2\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"359\" src=\"https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Amuntfibro-Consideracions-abans-de-fer-exercici.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Amuntfibro-Consideracions-abans-de-fer-exercici.jpg 640w, https:\/\/amuntfibro.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Amuntfibro-Consideracions-abans-de-fer-exercici-480x269.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 640px, 100vw\" class=\"wp-image-7297\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_3  et_pb_text_align_justified et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h4>Un bon entrenament o acondicionament f\u00edsic permet:<\/h4>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">- Evitar la debilitat o atr\u00f2fia muscular<\/span><\/strong> (p\u00e8rdua o disminuci\u00f3 del m\u00fascul esquel\u00e8tic). La falta d'exercici i el sedentarisme<strong> provoca p\u00e8rdua de for\u00e7a muscular<\/strong> i aix\u00f2 es tradueix en la <strong>dificultat que t\u00e9 la persona per executar moviments b\u00e0sics o realitzar activitats com caminar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>- Prevenir l'obesitat.<\/strong><\/span> El sobre pes<strong> incrementa el dolor i ajuda a l'aparici\u00f3 de trastorns metab\u00f2lics<\/strong> com la diabetis, hipertensi\u00f3 arterial, etc., <strong>afavoreix el desequilibri emocional i disminueix la capacitat funcional de la persona<\/strong>. La sobrec\u00e0rrega en l'aparell musculesquel\u00e8tic, la inflamaci\u00f3 i l'estat psicol\u00f2gic s\u00f3n la causa del dolor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">- Trencar el cercle del dolor.<\/span><\/strong> El dolor genera dolor. Quan hi ha dolor la <strong>musculatura es tensa<\/strong> i <strong>el muscle rep menys oxigen<\/strong>, la qual cosa provoca dolor. Per altra banda, aquesta tensi\u00f3 escur\u00e7a el muscle de tal manera que el grau de mobilitat disminueix. Per aix\u00f2 <strong>es recomanen<\/strong> fer<strong> exercicis d'estirament i relaxaci\u00f3.<\/strong> Poden ser \u00fatils postures simples de ioga o estiraments suaus, centrant l'atenci\u00f3 en la respiraci\u00f3. Amb el Ioga, Taitx\u00ed o Qi Gong es millora la flexibilitat, la resist\u00e8ncia, la relaxaci\u00f3 i la conscienciaci\u00f3 sobre el mateix cos.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">- Generar endorfines.<\/span><\/strong> Amb l'exercici <strong>augmenten les endorfines en sang, millorant la percepci\u00f3 de fatiga i aix\u00f2, genera sensaci\u00f3 de vitalitat i benestar<\/strong>. Per altra banda, la seva estructura, similar als opiacis, produeix la <strong>disminuci\u00f3 en la percepci\u00f3 del dolor<\/strong>, com si es tract\u00e9s d'un analg\u00e8sic natural.
